Base fee:

01. Non Members - Two Day ACTS (April 3-4) – $700.00
This registration type includes the opening reception, exhibit hall access, light breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Early bird - $500 (until Jan. 15) Regular - $600 (Jan. 16-Mar. 15) Late - $700 (Mar. 16 until). If you are registering a guest, please remember that guests are not allowed in the conference sessions.
02. State Appraisal Board and Coalition Leaders – $350.00
This registration type is for current state appraisal board members and coalition leaders. Registration code is required. If you are registering a guest, please remember that guests are not allowed in the conference sessions.
03. Appraiser Trainees Only – $300.00
This registration type is for appraiser trainees only. If you are a licensed appraiser, please do not select this registration fee. The fee includes the Appraiser Trainee/Supervisor Event, Opening Reception and 2-day ACTS Conference. If you are registering a guest, please remember that guests are not allowed in the conference sessions.
04. Gold Sponsor – $3,600.00
Gold Sponsor fee includes recognition in conference advertising and a full page ad in one issue of Appraiser Focus. This fee includes four individuals to man the exhibit table. Please add them as guests below so they will also be registered.
05. Silver Sponsor – $2,600.00
Silver Sponsor fee includes recognition in conference advertising and a half page ad in one issue of Appraiser Focus. This fee includes two individuals to man the exhibit table. Please add them as guests below so they will also be registered.
06. Bronze Sponsor – $1,000.00
Bronze Sponsor fee includes recognition in conference advertising and quarter page ad in one issue of Appraiser Focus.
07. Exhibitor – $1,600.00
Exhibitor Fee includes two individuals to man the exhibit table. Please add them as guests below so they will also be registered.
08. Extra Exhibitor Personnel – $275.00
Additional exhibitor personnel (for attendees not included in the exhibit/sponsor fees)
09. Trade Show Only - Not attending the ACTS Conference – $175.00

10. a la carte Sponsorships (Not attending the ACTS Conference)
This registration type is for those individuals not attending the ACTS Conference but would like the opportunity to sponsor the conference or the ADI. Please register first and add your sponsorship items during the registration process.
11. State Appraisal Organization Leadership Meeting and/or the Appraiser Trainee/Supervisor Event
This registration type is for complimentary access to the State Appraisal Organization Leadership Meeting and/or the Appraiser Trainee/Supervisor events only. This registration type does not include any pre-conference courses or the ACTS Conference.
12. Continuing Education Courses Only - Not attending the ACTS Conference
This registration type is for those registering for pre-conference courses only and not attending the ACTS Conference. Please select your courses during the registration process.
13. Speakers/Staff/Board Members/Guests
This registration type is for conference speakers, staff and NAA Board Members.
14. One Day Only Registratration – $300.00

Our next ACTS conference will be held April 1-4, 2023 at the Holiday Inn Downtown, Sacramento. Our state organization host is the Real Estate Appraisers Association (REAA).
