Committees

Committees are the fundamental working unit of the National Association of Appraisers. Committees are the place where “value added” work of the NAA takes place and they provide NAA members the means of contributing to the industry and profession while offering opportunities to associate and network with fellow appraisers.  For the overall health and vitality of NAA, it is essential that the committee process works effectively and efficiently.

Objectives of all the Committees:

  • To provide a firm foundation for a strong and growing Association.
  • To meeting state and national needs through effective committee activities.
  • To provide direct communications across the nation.
  • To promote membership through coordinated, effective and productive committee work.
  • To involve as many members as possible in committee work.
  • To promote mutually beneficial relationships with other state and national real estate related organizations.

To keep expenses down, most of the NAA's committee meetings are held via Zoom so there is no need to travel.  All you have to do is pick up the phone or log on to your computer.
