Bio
Thomas H. Humphreys is an MNAA designated member of the NAA. He is a CFE designated member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Humphreys has testified in court, depositions, and hearings, and is comfortable in that role. He has experience before criminal courts, civil courts, and administrative law hearings, and serves as a hearing officer for the Nashville Davidson County Board of Equalization.
Mr. Humphreys has been a contract investigator for the State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance as a fraud examiner. He has worked with the Federal Habeas Project, international law firms, and well-respected attorneys in the defense of citizens accused of criminal offenses.
In addition to his work as a criminal defense investigator, Mr. Humphreys is the co-founder of Storyboard EMP, LLC. Storyboard is an education and media publishing company providing online continuing education for professional appraisers who need continuing education to maintain licensure.
