Did you know?

The city was named after King Charles II and was founded as Charles Town. Chuck is a nickname for someone named Charles, so Chucktown or Chuck Town is Charleston's more casual nickname.

In 1680, Charles Town moved to its present day location (now referred to as Downtown Charleston) and adopted its modern name in 1783. ... For this reason, Charleston earned the nickname of "Holy City" as it was known for its tolerance for all religions and it numerous historic churches.

National Association of Appraisers is a non-profit 501c(6) professional association that is dedicated to advocating for the interests of professional appraisers, providing timely accurate information and professional development. We at Appraiser eLearning like to be different. Our mission is simple: we’re here to put a new spin on Appraiser training and continuing education. We aim to make it enjoyable and interesting by integrating the latest technology and multimedia into our courses. It’s our understanding that, by creating and delivering products we believe in, we are able to fill a long-standing void in the appraisal training industry. Specifically, we are here to NOT be boring.

As professional appraisers and appraisal instructors, we are well aware that CE for appraisers can be painful and dull. Our courses are not the traditional click-through-to-your-certificate offerings you might be used to. We seek out the best instructors in the business, produce content with them, and deliver a finished product that you can take online, from the comfort of your own home. Come check out what we are doing that sets us apart.
